Unless otherwise agreed in writing all terms and conditions set out overleaf are deemed to be incorporated as the terms and conditions of this order including the following terms whicha re set out more fully overleav and the definitions overleaf shall apply here to:

All goods shall remain the absolute property of the Company until they have been paid for in full by the Customer. For further details see Clause 7.
Acceptance by any public carrier shall constitute delivery and upon delivery the goods shall be the responsibility of the Customer's for all purposes including insurance. For further details see Clause 4 overleaf.
Payment for the goods shall be made prior to the 20th day in the month following the month in which the goods are depatched by the Company.
Signature by the Customer of this order shall be deemed to be acceptance by the Customer of the terms herein in respect of the goods hereby ordered and in respect of any goods ordered from the Company after the date hereof whether in writing or verbally and such terms apply until otherwise communicated by the Company to the Customer in writing.
